These Terms & Conditions govern the agreement between you and Royal Home Appliances when you book or receive appliance repair service. Please also read our related policies.
Booking and service
By booking online or by phone, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you authorize service at the address given.
- Diagnosis and repair pricing will be explained before work proceeds.
- Flat diagnosis is $89 and is waived when you proceed with the approved repair, as stated at booking.
- Same-day service is offered when slots are available and is not guaranteed for every request.
